Nirbhaya Case - Has justice been really served ?

Let me start off with a question: Nirbhaya Case - Has the justice been really served ?
Legally & Technically speaking - Yes.
Out of the 6 convicts,  1 committed suicide, 4 were sentenced for death penalty, 1 - Juvenile, was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in reform facility.
I am sure many will not like this answer, but that is the truth!

Logically speaking - a big NO, esp. when the Juvenile walks free after completing his 3 years of reform facility.

Everything boils down to the same old discussion "Law and The Lawmakers".

A kid, when he is involved in theft, burglary, vandalism etc; sentenced for reform facility makes sense, but when he is involved in heinous crimes like murder, rape etc... sending him for reform facility doesn't make any sense.
When both are combined there is little wiggle room left for niceties.
Why do we have to live with "One Size fits All" funda?.

In the name justice, this so-called Juvenile (reason i say 'so-called is because if he had the courage to rape, so to me he is not Juvenile), he has served his reform facility, the state government gives him Rs 10000/ ,a sewing machine to use his tailoring skills for his better future.

Let us compare this with what Nirbhaya could have done - as a doctor, she could have served the people, the poor and really worked towards the betterment of this society; BUT our tolerant society and its lawmakers chose rapists over justice for the doctor.

The Rapist Myntra -
     Betaaaa agar aap Juvenile hai,
     aur Rape karenge toh,
     aapko milegi 3 saal ki Reform
     Facility, 10000 rupaya,
     ek sewing machine..
    aur ujjwal future.
    Atmost people will protest at India
    Gate, many will be detained,
    trend on Social media..
   but nothing will happen to you..
   So Rape when you are Juvenile!

Earlier this year, sometime in march, a Nirbhaya documentary was released and our respected Politicians went in a flash protesting against the release;
Why isn't the same urgency and resistance being shown when the NirbhayaRapist is being released?, on the contrary the kins of Nirbhaya were detained.

Rather than doing some productive work in Parliament, the law makers are busy mudslinging and disrupting the work;
Intolerance comments by Aamir, National Herald, DDCA, AAP raids are being given more importance over fixing Legal loopholes, Security of Women ..

Should we be concerned?
Hell yeah!!
Not because the NirbhayaRapists is out, but because there is a fundamental problem;
What the rapists did was literally screwed the lives of the victim and her family; Moreover there are bunch of educated morons helped him screw up the law in the name Juvenile Law, justify this decision.

At this point, I express deep anguish and sorrow for what has happened, I would rightly agree with Nirbhaya's mother that  - Crime has won!

Unfortunately in such situations, the legal pundits "cant do", or let me put it this way, "choose not to do" anything to cater for these situations.
There is a BIG loop hole and very little is being done to close the loop;
At-least fictionally, i would be expecting the following for Delhi.

It is high time that constructive heads get together and make something concrete, so that no other Nirbhaya case haunts the society.
